Ankle hang also known as bungee or full monty is a pretty move that is relatively easy. As long as you can climb you have got this!
Step one: Climb in French/Circus/Classic to reach an appropriate height for you to descend from.
Step two: Extend the unwrapped foot and bring it in line next to your wrapped foot.
Step 3. Wrap both ankles in the opposite direction.
Step 4. Descend.
