Now that I am heading into my fifth month of my pregnancy inverting in the air is a whole lot harder! Your muscles split apart and core loses its strength. So I thought I would put together some moves on the aerial silks for beginners.
Much like when you are starting out on the aerial silks it take some time to build up the muscle memory and strength to invert in the air. Here are ten pretty aerial silks moves that you can achieve when you cant straddle invert in the air.
