Challenge Of The Month
1,000 minutes of splits!!
Yes you heard me right! This one is not for the faint hearted. To complete this challenge in 30 days, you will need to split holds for 33.3 minutes a day… Breaks out in sweat…thats kinda rough.. You can take this challenge over two or three months bringing it down to 15 or 10 minutes a day.
